Have a look at Croí na Gaillimhe’s New Website

Croí na Gaillimhe Resource Centre has been part of the city landscape since 2009 and is based in a landmark building in Mill St, just up from the Garda Station. The building was refurbished by the Maureen O’Connell Fund and is now known as Maureen O’Connell House.
Today on Wednesday 2nd April we officially launched our new website. The afternoon started with a welcome from Loyola King, Activities Coordinator of Croí na Gaillimhe, followed by Harry Kenney Secretary of St James Conference SVP who manage the centre.  Local broadcaster Keith Finnegan of Galway Bay FM officially launched the website and music was provided by acoustic trio, “Under the Gym”, all students in “The Bish’.
The website offers quick and easy access to information on the Resource Centre and lists the wide range of courses, workshops, clubs and events that take place every week.  There are activities specifically for older people, men and parents as well as activities which are open to everyone.
The website has links to the popular blogspot and Facebook page and to the volunteer recruitment page which is constantly being updated.  You can subscribe to their newsletter as well as make a hassle free donation to support the work of Croí na Gaillimhe.
To view the site log onto www.croinagaillimhe.ie.  You can contact them by phone on 091 895203 or email info@croinagaillimhe.ie or call into them at stone building with red door!
